A new site that doesn't just look the part — it takes the bookings, collects the deposits, and chases the balances for you. So you can get back to teaching.
None of these are about how the site looks. They're about the hours you lose — and the money that slips through.
Your terms allow a deposit now and the balance after six weeks — but nothing actually tracks it, so balances quietly go unpaid for months.
Eleven slots across Kempton and Fourways, hand-marked Full / 1 Space / Available — and re-edited by you every single month.
Paper form, then email it back, then you write an invoice, then you schedule the payment. Every new student, cranked through by hand.
Each one builds on the last. Start where it makes sense — we can always grow into the next.
A working demo on your real classes and prices. Everything below is editable — change a number, rename a class, tap a button. Have a play.
Tap − when a seat fills, + when one opens. The status sorts itself out.
Paid status updates itself when money lands. Reminders only go out when you tap.
Demo only — built on the same Airtable + PayFast + WhatsApp stack we'd wire into your live site.
Everything in your 2026 registration document — the welcome, the courses, the times, the terms — broken into a few friendly steps. A student understands it all and lands on your books with the deposit paid. Click through it.
So glad you're here. Before anything else, a quick word on what makes the difference: a strong foundation. Like a house, you can't paint the walls until the base is solid — so that's where we start. No crafts, no gimmicks. The real basics that make you a complete artist.
Everyone starts with the Foundation Course — beginner or not. Once you've mastered scale, proportion and shading, you move straight into your chosen medium. The Foundation builds in fifteen steps:
Start with Foundation, then grow into a medium. Pick what excites you — we'll shape the path together.
A course is 12 classes across a term. Choose the slot that fits your week — full ones are greyed out, but ask and we'll let you know when a space opens.
Choose your class length, then how you'd like to pay. Joining mid-term? You'll simply be charged pro-rata for the rest of it.
Good materials matter — cheap ones hold your work back. To begin you'll need a basic kit, and Ajay can supply the lot so you're ready on day one.
A4 sketch pad (smooth, 120gsm) · 2× HB/B pencils · 1× soft B6–B9 pencil · shaped erasers · a pencil eraser · paper stumps · a pencil case
Almost there. We'll send your invoice and confirmation here.
The short version of the studio terms — tick to accept and you're done.
Demo only — a live version posts straight into Ajay's bookings and raises the PayFast deposit automatically.
